The Women’s March this year is facing controversy. It can be tempting to shrug it off and insist it’s for a good cause, but it’s important to listen to what marginalized voices are saying.

As a white woman, I have to ask the hard questions of people in leadership roles and hold them accountable, or risk repeating the failures of our past.
