I landed in the hospital from stress. It forced me to commit to unplugging.

It’s not always easy

What does it take to realize that you need to unplug from life’s daily stresses?

It took a week in the hospital and a hefty bill for me to fully recognize that I was completely bogged down from work and my personal life.

From that moment forward, I decided I would never put myself under so much stress that it would pose a risk to my health. That day, I started practicing the art of unplugging.
