When life is going smoothly, it’s easy to get comfortable. We humans are always changing and evolving, but we often do so at a slower pace when everything is working well as is. We tend to go through the most drastic changes when we face difficulties and discomfort. We are forced to learn new skills and see things differently in order to solve problems. One bright side of dealing with personal turbulence is that it pushes us to be stronger than we knew we could be.
