I dread the long, dark winter days and deal with undiagnosed seasonal depression. I barely see sunlight during the winter. I’ve tried what feels like a million things to make myself feel better, including rearranging my room and getting a Vitamin D light. Nothing I’ve tried is a cure-all, but I’ve found what works best for me is a combination of doing activities I love and simple remedies that keep me warm.
