Whenever I am faced with a choice to make, I start to immediately experience anxiety around making the decision. I agonize forever over what the right choice will be for me and what will have the best outcome for everyone involved.

I weigh pros and cons endlessly and play out possible outcomes to obsession. This can paralyze me into not wanting to making a choice at all and I know that I am not alone in this feeling.

Our choices carry a lot of pressure because they can shape or change our lives and show who we are as people. So, while we should carefully consider especially important choices, we should not keep from making them at all.

Our lives are made up of a series of choices.
